		<description>Dear Maam,
If I may, I would like to speak with you regarding Social Security Disability. I am a 45 year old woman who sustained a severe back injury while skiing when I was 20 years old. Since this time, I have sustained four (4) major back surgeries which resulted in a failed cage fusion, two (2)steel bars and four (4) stategically placed screws. My last back surgery was in approximately 2002 which took two (2)surgical teams and over nine (9) hours to complete. Currently, I am experiencing severe nerve root problems that is causing everything from blatter problems to excruciating leg and foot pain. I am scheduled to see a nerve specialist on Wednesday for additional testing. As for my current employment, I am a Veternarian Tech which I feel I can no longer do because of my continuous and painful back pain. You should also know that I previously applied for SS disability and was told by the hearing judge that she really wanted to grant this award but was unable to because I was currently still working and the law did not allow her to do so. I have never seeked the assistance of an Attorney but I now feel its time and necessary. You may contact me through my cell phone at (941) 932-2073 or at my home at (941) 567-6371. Thank you in advance for for guidance and assistance.
